Booking cancellation

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION.

In case of cancellation of individual Clients' arrivals, the Customer pays compensation to the Contractor, depending on the period of registration of the refusal, in the following amount:

  • From 24 hours and no check-in - 100% of the cost of booked rooms for one day.

In case of cancellation of group Customer arrivals, the Customer pays compensation to the Contractor depending on the deadline for processing the refusal in the following order:

  • From 20 days to 10 days – 25% of the total cost of the booked rooms for one day;
  • From 9 days to 48 hours – 50% of the total cost of booked rooms for one day;
  • From 48 hours and no check–in - 100% of the total cost of booked rooms for one day.
